How Our Network Works

Request an estimate to get started

Who You Talk To

When you reach out to Lightsprogramming Roofing, your request goes to an independent roofing provider in our network. That provider is a separate local business. They run their own crews, set their own prices and write their own quotes. We simply make the introduction.

Because providers are independent, the experience can differ from one to the next. That is a good reason to compare more than one written quote.

What Happens on the First Conversation

Expect a few simple questions. The provider will likely ask about your address, the age and type of your roof, and what you have noticed. Photos can help. If it is a storm or hail problem, they may ask when it happened.

Next, they usually set up a visit to look at the roof. After that, you should get a written quote. How fast this goes depends on the provider's schedule. Many providers can respond quickly, but we cannot promise timing.

What to Ask a Provider

A short list keeps the talk useful. Try these:

  • Is the quote in writing, and what does it include?
  • Does the price cover tear-off, disposal and underlayment?
  • Which materials will be used, and what are the warranty terms?
  • Can you show proof of license and insurance?
  • Who handles permits?
  • What upkeep do you suggest after the job, such as gutter cleaning and moss control?

That last question matters. Fix it, then protect it. A provider who explains upkeep is thinking about your roof's life, not just the sale.

You Are in Control

Requesting an estimate does not commit you to anything. You can say no, ask for changes or get another quote. Take your time with the contract. Check that the scope, price and payment schedule match what you were told.

If damage might involve an insurance claim, check your policy first. Providers can often help document damage, but they cannot decide what an insurer pays.
