How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Lightsprogramming Roofing wants every homeowner who reaches out to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Topics You Can Bring to Us

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Lightsprogramming Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

When the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If something is wrong with work on your home, start by raising it with the provider directly, and keep a written record of what you said and what they replied.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of what we expect may be removed. Please know that Lightsprogramming Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work or make decisions for a provider.

Filing Your Complaint

Email contact@lightsprogramming.world and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

What to Expect

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

You can reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For problems with licensed contractors, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help too.
